This is from January. I think 19 is a little young to get hit with a DUI.

Justin Bieber was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license after police saw the pop star street racing early Thursday morning, Miami Beach police said.

It is too young to get nailed with a DUI but they have to learn that you just can't drink and drive.

My granddaughter lost the father of her little one through a drunk driving accident.
